No damn hurricane or the republican party is going to stop the Parades from rolling in and around New Orleans. We have a big reason to party this year and Mr Mardi Gras, Blaine Kern, the guy who makes the biggest and gaudiest floats says the 2006 Mardi Gras will be the biggest ever.
