I mean, has it officially been designated a toxic wasteland? I understand that there's water running in some places, but it can't even be bathed in.

4. Meanwhile, trapped victims are STILL waiting for rescue
Helping people who need and want to be rescued seems like maybe a slightly better use of time and resources than evicting those who don't.



Mr Hollingsworth was pulled unconscious and emaciated from his home in New Orleans by members of the California National Guard YESTERDAY - Day 16.
