The toll of Katrina is about to jump
Leslie Blitzer is reporting a breaking story...an entire town in Mississippi being cordoned off, with "a large number of bodies" inside. Building a 4 1/2 mile barbed wire fence around Long Beach.

Oh god. Kenyon

Maybe the count won't go up after all.

1. There will probably be some more of this over the next week
Especially in LA, now that the Governor took back control of retrieving the bodies. We'll see.

2. She took back control, but didn't she still contract with Kenyon?
Kenyon is BAAAAD. Crony corp of Bush's. He perjured himself for them back when he was gov of TX. Their parent, SCI, was busted for dumping and desecrating bodies, emptying tombs to make way for more bodies (double selling crypt space), and all sorts of terrible things that make them the absolute worst choice to do this job. I they are the company you're referring to, this is very bad indeed.

I don't know who is in charge of the bodies in Mississippi

12. Whoops, good point. But isn't Haley "Bushbot" Barbour the gov of MS?
He's probably the one who called Kenyon in the first place.

9. Who else could she contract with?
Looks like they are the only game in town at the moment.

I don't see people leaping out of windows to do this work?

other option that she had at this time?

4. That is "Wolf" Blitzer's real name
Can you imagine the job interview?

"Hi I'm Leslie Blitzer. Call me Wolf"
"Bwahahahahah are you kidding?"
"No."

10. Barbed wire fence???
Why in the HELL do they need to build a barbed-wire fence around this area? They've already forced everyone to leave the area by means of armed mercenaries, military, police, and national guard. There is only one reason I can think of for them to do this: to hide the truth about the body count. I am beyond disgusted.

Why isn't anyone in the media bringing up Kenyon and their questionable reputation. Just when you think it can't get any worse....

16. CNN just described it as "upper middle class"
They said that BushCo was telling them the barbed wire was to fend off looters. But then the reporter said a military guy told him that they discovered a huge debri field, so thick with -- ugh -- that they couldn't even get in yet. Why that requires 4 1/2 miles of barbed wire I don't know. But it is very, very scary. Thousands of bodies are about to be disappeared by BushCo.

17. The way CNN has started behaving like a REAL news
organization lately, I have some hope that they will find a way to show the truth there.

where they are making reporters stay 300 yards away from any recovery work. Damage control is in full gear now.

27. Maybe a zoom lens can handle the distance.
It will be interesting if they hang sheets/drapes/curtains on that barbed wire.
