Olberman just said a great funny!
He was talking about the dolphins that got out of the zoo in NOLA. They are swimming together in the Gulf. The workers are trying to teach them to jump up on a platform so they can be towed back and put in safe water. Keith said, "Well, maybe if they can learn that, they can run FEMA." BWAHAHAHA!
