"Reporters Gone Wild" video at Salon.com
September 09, 2005
Reporters Gone Wild
Salon has an compendium of clips showing the news media actually asking some hard-hitting questions about the government response to Katrina. (You can use the minor "day pass" option and watch a ten-second Flash ad to get free access.)

Sept. 7, 2005 | The following QuickTime file is large (21.5 MB), and may take several moments to load. (Volume may need to be turned up high; headphones may also help.)

I just got the link for this. Maybe it was posted here before, but probably some of you are like me and haven't seen it yet. Let's hope the our reporters will maintain this passion and not let the powers that be intimidate them ever again.

3. Did you play the whole thing?
the first minute or so is fine,

If the sound is on my end why do they have the message there that the sound is low?

4. Yes. I could hear the whole thing.
I downloaded the clip and played it in Quicktime instead of streaming it through the site, if that matters.

I did notice a decrease in sound at one point, but I turned up my volume and could still hear fine.
