I'm going with "is this possible" but I don't know if that's a "Wh" or "Th."

While trying to figure it out, I realized also that the first half of the note is in huge capital letters, but the second is in smaller cursive. That could point to many different things, from simple emphasis to an emotional instability causing him to alternate. Whatever it is, it's certainly something to think about.
