1) The left wing will complain that this is disrespectful and use it to attack Bush.

2)It won't work and will make Bush seem like a more normal person thus causing a slight backlash.

I couldn't believe this was a real story until I saw it.

A reporter got a photo of Bush writing a note asking if he could go to the bathroom.


Five minutes after this he was probably bellowing from the bathroom, "Condi, get in here!!! Your president needs wipies. And not so rough this time."

What if the Secretary of State is out of the country? Who is the president supposed to ask then? Is it the same as the line of succession?

What if he has to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night? Can he just go then, or does he have to ask his wife?
