After Katrina we now know that this is clearly wasn't the case with the Bush administration -- Did the US. troops in Iraq-Afgan ever get the armor yet???????????

... didn't do too well at that on 9/11, didn't do too well at that with soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq, and certainly fucked that one up big-time a couple of weeks ago down South.

Hmmm, seems as though Bush's first duty has been his last consideration ever since he stole the office.

So much for his latest bullhorn moment--looks like it turned out to be yet more bullshit.
