Is Bush going to repeal his tax cuts to pay for Katrina, war?

If it's true that Bush is going to commit $200 billion to Katrina (with Rove as front man!!--have to wonder how much of that money will end up going to GOP politicians and organizations)how is he going to pay for all of this? New Orleans must be rebuilt, no question of that, but we already have the biggest deficits in history and a war which is draining our treasury even more. The media and the American people must ask "Mr. Resident, how are you going to pay for all of this?--are you willing to repeal your tax cuts?"
