I don't know if it has been mentioned on DU, but I just thought of something. With Rove being appointed the saviour of NOLA, Bush (Rove) might be sending a message to Fitz----if you indict you will be going after a great American hero, in the midst of rebuilding the entire SE coast. I bet that's what is going on here, another diabolical plan from Mr. Rove.

4. Sarcasm
Rove is supposedly in charge of the post Katrina rebuilding. He will be billed a hero by the right.

3. I heard KKKarl was in charge, but more "behind the scenes" from WH
not as "official" Katrina czar. As long as he doesn't become the public face of reconstruction, Fitz won't have any trouble. On the other hand, if AssInChief mentions Roverat in his speech or appoints him in a public way, then you may be right.
