Interesting Poll Numbers on AOL for Bush (Looks pretty bad!)
Edited on Thu Sep-15-05 07:40 PM by Stand and Fight
Facing low approval ratings and stinging criticism for his handling of Katrina, President Bush addresses the nation at 9PM ET. New polls show most Americans think he's out of touch with their priorities, and the number who say he can be trusted in a crisis has dropped. Does he share your concerns? And, does he have your trust?

HOW'S HE DOING?

Here are the results:
How confident are you in President Bush?
Not at all 59%
Very 34%
Somewhat 7%

Does Bush share your priorities for the country?
No 63%
Yes 37%

How would you rate his handling of the Katrina crisis?
Poor 56%
Good 19%
Excellent 15%
Fair 10%

Total Votes: 219,050

1. For the 15% that thought he did an "excellent " job handling Katrina.
I'd like to do an excellent job backing over them with my car.

8. Hmmmm. Maybe they'll get stuck in some type of
disaster while he is the pResident, and will change their tune about his excellence.

5. Wow, those are truly
dismal numbers. Look at the top figure, which should have the best rating: are you confident in Prez Bush? = 59% say no.

When I'm reading this, I'm visualizing something brown in the toilet. It's swirling around a little bit. I reach out my hand, get closer to the metal thingy, and ........

Bye Bye
Bush

9. It's not a very representative poll, though...
It only measures the opinions of people bright enough to turn on a computer.
