Over 200 dead in Mississippi! Where's the accountability for Barbour?

Why isn't Haley Barbour receiving the same amount of blame for not evacuating the Gulf Coast of Mississippi as Mayor Nagin and Governor Blanco are receiving for what happened in New Orleans? I don't even see it discussed much on DU and forget about the media. That's a lot of dead people and someone should be held accountable for them not being evacuated.
