This morning, as I was getting ready to leave the house (mind you, I'm not home for long in the a.m.--I make my bed, brush my teeth, put my gym clothes on and leave) I had the local news on (5:00 a.m.) They have, on the bottom of the screen, one of those runners that give little blips about what they're reporting on the news.
One of these blips said "Pentagon employee claims he was ordered to destroy data on 9/11 hijackers".
Now, I know that Katrina is still a big story, and I know that Ophelia is a big story too right now. But can someone please explain to me why story about a Pentagon employee being ordered to destroy information on the 9/11 hijackers is less important than a story about someone in Cambridge being offended by the display at Victoria?
:wtf:
