Mississippi ranked most corrupt state- let the looting begin!

With all of the money that Bush is promising to send to the Gulf region, I think the real looting has not yet begun. I've heard a lot of Republicans talking about corruption in Louisiana, but, surprise, surprise, Haley Barbour(R)'s state of Mississippi was ranked as the state with the MOST corruption, with Louisiana coming in third place.

I think we are going to see looting of the federal treasury at such levels that it will put the Halliburton abuses in Iraq to shame. With Karl the Pig Rove doling out rebuilding dollars to his corporate cronies, you can be assured that the goal will be getting the most political bang for our buck and to hell with the people whose lives have been destroyed.
