Bush needs to surround himself with people he is comfortable with. As the small circle of people who will tolertate his bullshit shrinks, the usual suspects keep popping up in positions for which they have no qualifications. With all the highly qualified people in the country we keep getting the same cronies over and over again. Texas, oil and political contributions seem to be the tickets to this elite club and we have to pay the dues.
