Will George Jr. fund NO rebuilding before or after the maned trip to mars? |

These two big budget promises that I'm sure he's set to fund, along with no child left behind.
I'm just curious about the order! He makes so many promises and I'm just SURE he's going to keep them all.

Somehow BushCo figures on funding a war on two fronts, rebuilding New Orleans, and Mars while cutting taxes, all without bankrupting the country.
...unless wrecking the federal government is the plan all along.

and the result will be that the only programs that can still be funded will be those relating to war, particularly aggressive wars to "bring democracy".
I think that what is happening right now is EXACTLY what President Eisenhower warned us against in his farewell address.
What a pity that we ignored him.
