17. It isn't true, His kevlar vest shifted the shirt to make it appear

as though the shirt was buttoned improperly.

Watching the actual video with a clear image, there is no other indication than some bulk beneath the shirt caused the shift.

Why has this grown into such a big deal? I've watched parts of the video three times.

Isn't there enough clear and provable incompetence on the part of Bush and Republicans without promoting this iffy piece of petty info?
