I was just listening to his press conference with Putin and he goes on and on about the birth and maturation process of a democracy using vague, amorphous generalizations. His discourse involved several repetition of three or four pretty inane platitudes. Not once did he present a definition what constitutes democracy in his mind. It struck me that he is pretty about process and we are not using this well. Content balls up his entire machine of process and image oriented suits. Dems in power have also gravitated toward the same two proclivities. Man, they need to come out with content--substance. Facts. Flesh out the weasel words and explain the pictures.
