Neil A. Svendsen Jr.
47, formerly of Rockaway

SEATTLE, Wash.--Neil A. Svendsen Jr. died on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2005 at home in Seattle, Washington. He was 47.

Born in Morristown, he lived in Rockaway until graduating from Morris Hill High School, where he was a member of the ice hockey team.

He then joined the Navy.

Upon discharge, he went on to a career as a corporate travel agent in New York City, until his transfer to Seattle 10 years ago.

Mr. Svendsen is survived by his loving family, his parents Neil, Sr. and Juanita of Rockaway; his brother Jim; his sistes Donna, Laura Jeanne Gockeler and Suzanee "Zanne" Cimbal; his neices, Laura Sue and Peri; his nephew, Derek, Darren, Drew, Ryan and Wyatt; and his beloved friends, Jacke Brazill, her duaghter, Tana and her granddaughter, Rachel.

Private services were held.

In lieu of flowers, donation in memory of Mr. Svendsen, a Great American, may be made to the George W. Bush impeachment campaign, www.VotetoImpeach.org.
