Has he had to get specific on ANYTHING regarding his plans or ideas since this whole brouhaha got going?

His whole campaign strategy was to sputter out movie slogans and references. That started getting old, and people actually started wondering "Hey, what's this guy gonna do if he's elected?".

Arnold never (read as: NEVER) had any decent responses to specific questions....

No one asks those questions anymore.

They only care about the scandal and accusations, and many of his supporters actually look positively on these stories because they supposedly show how dastardly thoses dirty California Dems are...

In a convoluted way, Arnie's getting a free ride. He could be planning to have California secede from the union. We wouldn't know. Nobody cares anymore. And he probably likes that...

... who has never been "disciplined" for his misbehavior. he's a bully whom no one ever stood up to. he still doesn't "get it" about his behavior being offensive. he doesn't even seem to realize that it was illegal.
