Strategies to Fight the Right
Let's have a DU Strategy Meeting.

Let's say that Impeachment and taking the House and Senate in 2006 is off the table, in other words, it won't be happening.

IF that were to happen, how should we proceed to fight the Right if this happens.

I see a lot of glee and happiness in many DU'ers. They think that we will get a majority in 2006. I would like to agree with these DU'ers.

But, there is one thing that I have learned over the years, and that thing is the fact that...

A majority of Americans are simply stupid.

I'm not saying all Americans are stupid, but at least 51% percent of the people who I share my nation with and at least 30% of the people who have voted in the 2004 Election are incompetent, ignorant, or unintelligent.

America is Urban Legend Central.

Do you have any idea how many people believed the utterly ridiculous notion of 'satanic ritual abuse'?

And of course, let's not forget that the man who failed to prevent 9/11 and who led this nation into a war based on lies was 'RE'-ELECTED.

I want to Fight the Right.

I don't want to see the Right Wing Revolution (AKA Civil Rights Rollback) come to pass.

Let's throw ideas around, and see what we can come up with.

1. In order to be allowed to vote, you have to sign this piece of paper
"I the undersigned acknowledge that Saddam Hussien and Iraq had nothing to do wtih 9/11, no working relationship with Al Qaeda and that Iraq was not a security threat to the United States."

In order to be allowed to vote, you first have to sign that document when you first enter into the polls.
