Message to Jon Corzine & other Dem candidates: Time to drop the "W"-Bomb!
Edited on Mon Sep-19-05 11:17 AM by npincus
In the last round of elections, Repub candidates couldn't align themselves with President Chimp and his Bullhorn Theatrics quickly enough... they produced slick ads evoking 9-11 and the War on Terror, insinuating to Americans that their vote was a vote for the president's "mission" and somehow their patriotic duty. That was when the Chimp's job approval ratings were in the mid to upper sixties. That was when significant numbers of Americans had confidence in the Chimp's leadership, competence and ability to keep them safe.

FAST FORWARD TO 9/2005: Katrina has impacted and the bottom dropped out from the Monkey's job approval; he is in a free fall. Americans by a majority no longer view him as competent, compassionate, and capable of protecting them from harm. He has been exposed as a detached leader and a fraud.

NOW is the time for DEMS to turn the tables and LINK THEIR OPPONENTS (in campaign ads, in print, on the web and in speeches) TO THE CHIMP: to the Chimp's failed policies, miscalculations, poor performance: past, present and (speculative) future. Evoke Katrina without doing it directly and in a tasteless offensive manner- as in highlighting the Repug's unwillingness to sacrifice their massive tax cuts for the rich, in order to rebuild our devastated cities. It is time to PRODUCE ADS that highlight the association between their Repug opponents and Chimp- employ images of the Repug Candidate with the Chimp (a head-kiss shot or a hug).

BUSH IS A LIABILITY NOW to his party. He is a gift to Dems running for office. Dems, it's time to drop the W-Bomb!

1. F. Jim Sensenbrenner was one of only 11 extremists who voted against...
...aid to Katrina victims.

Vote Bryan Kennedy in Wisconsin's 5th CD! :patriot:
