If it's the guy I'm thinking of, he eitehr grew up in New Orleans or spent a lot of time there, and he went on a tirade against all of the incompetance that led to the post-Katrina disasters.

If it's him, something wasn't being made clear, because he certainly is familiar with NO.

6. Okay maybe I'm being too critical, could be that 'green screen' thing
they use. Just thought it was weird he was being so explicit about what he was describing vs. where he was pointing. Guess I'm in one of those moods today. ;-)

That's what they have to do with Green Screens. Match their fingers to the picture on a seperate screen.
