Maybe we need to radically amend the Constitution

There is one thing I believe that the Founding Fathers never foresaw.

It looks as though the Founding Fathers must have told each other...

George W. (Washington): "Hey, you guys you know what? Even though we can't see into the future, there is one thing that I am confident will never happen"

Ben Franklin: "And that is?"

W.: "Our descendants will never fall for the trap of Partisan Politics!"

All of the Founding Fathers: "Yeah! That'll never happen! Nobody is that absent minded! LOL!"

Well, you know what?

It did.

I know the RW'ers would never agree with what I have in mind, but here goes a watered down version.

This will promote Democracy. Trying to eke out a 51% Majority IS NOT DEMOCRACY!

The Senate will go to the Victors.

The Minority will always get the House.

It's either that or we could get off of our addiction of Partisan based politics.

1. We could use an amendment

to make corporatism less powerful than individualism.

And maybe another to make all non-renewable resources public property and subject to a value added tax and a true cost tax.

2. Maybe we should just follow it

Instead of erasing it with the 'patriot act'

5. The only way we can arrest control

of our government from totally short sighted and greedy partisans who have thrice manipulated our elections is to declare a constitutional crisis and demand a constitutional convention based on the argument that we, the people are experiencing taxation without representation and will conduct a massive tax revolt if reparations are not made post haste.

Yes and there are thoroughly legal ways to do so.

Cap all profits.Tax the rich,the corporations and the churches so they cannot buy government.
