What is the BFEE? (In Honor of Octafish)

Thus begins a post by Octafish, May 29th, 2004. I post it again today because it is every bit as relevant now as it was then, possibly even more so in some respects. I don't know who Octafish is but as someone who comes here to learn, he has certainly won my respect. There are many great teachers among us here at DU. Octafish is obviously someone who has been watching the BFEE for a long time and whether you agree with his interpretation of what the BFEE is or not, whether you agree with the implications or not, you have to admit he does a damn good job of digging up dots we'd be foolish not to have on our political maps. I hope I'm not out of line doing this but I came across this post while digging through the DU archives and felt compelled to repost it. It is exemplary of Octafish's talents, it is a good primer for the many NEW people who are showing up here, and there is a connection to it and the ongoing corruption not only in Iraq but closer to home in Katrina's wake. The Bush Family Evil Empire are the people who make money off of war. Remember, these turds are the ones who made sure Halliburton got paid first and up-front. If ENRON hadn't been busted, they'd be first in line.

The Bush Organized Crime Family makes money off of drugs. There's a reason they're so illegal. It's called a black market and he who controls it is called a gangster on TV or Mr. President.

Bushco makes money off of money laundering. Riggs Bank is the tip of the BFEE iceberg. Check out BCCI, the Savings & Loans Scandals, Nugan Hand Bank, Banco Nazionale del Lavoro and so on. You'll find the usual names.

Bushco Offshore makes money off of petroleum. Who controls the oil, controls the global economy, stupid. Let alone the war machine.

The Bush Madministration makes money off of YOU, by cutting the taxes of the rich at your expense in terms of government services...like public education, healthcare, Social Security.

Meanwhle Smirko prints money that goes to his buddies who build the war machinery and finance the national debt. Then Your kids get the bill by paying off the debt.

But it's hard to do something about criminality, especially when they control the:

The U.S. House of Representatives.

The U.S. Senate.

The U.S. Supreme Court.

The White House.

Well. They certainly don't have your interests at heart.

There's a way to change things, DU. Keep spreading the word on these bed-wetters. Before we know it, the days of gangster government, the Feudalist Society and PNAC will be over.

This doesn't strike me as one of the more informative ones, but I will always stand up and be counted for the truth Octafish speaks.

3. I think this one sums it all up. Yes, Octafish's posts are often full of

informative links to interesting sources and stories. The BFEE is complex with lots of characters playing roles in a Criminal syndicate that spans the various sectors of our society. This particular post focuses more on the 'big picture' and serves as a good introduction to the corruption and criminality.
