Also, I think this question is misleading. I don't think it's reasonable to say that they have lost Afghanistan. Kabul, perhaps, but not the entire country.

but there's really no way to answer this question rationally. It presumes that the "Coalition of the Willing" has won the war in Afghanistan, and that is just not true.
