It's WAAAAAY Past Time We Revisited Chimpy's 9/11 Actions
Edited on Tue Sep-20-05 12:03 PM by Beetwasher
And looked at them realistically, now that the shock and national grief has subsided and now that people are willing to and actually ARE seeing him more realistically. The time is ripe for people to accept the truth. Chimpy hasn't changed since then, even then he was an inept bufoon. It was we, as a nation and the Media, who desperately wanted and neeeded leadership in those days and who projected leadership qualities upon him, because he was all we had. Now the blinders are off and we know better. Indeed. Let's revisit his cowardliness after 9/11, his reading of "My Pet Goat", his running away for days and hiding and his bullshit bullhorn moment. Yes, indeed, let's all look at those events again in the new light and without our grief and shock filled 9/11 lenses, and we will see, the real Chimpy, the incompetent, detached, feckless idiot was around, even then.

I hope recent events and his crumbling support leads to more people revisiting those days right after 9/11. They will see nothing has changed except perspective.

1. Even more important than his post-911 performance
was his pre-911 performance: deliberately ignoring explicit warnings, in order to ensure he could have his "Pearl Harbor" to go into Iraq.

5. Chimpeachment time?
I cannot take credit for this one. I saw it on another board. I don't even ususally use the term, "chimp" but this was just too good to resist.

6. with the passage of time...
it would be nice if Porter Goss's decimation of the CIA, resulted in 'new information' coming to the forefront. This administration is ripe for some serious 'blow-back'. Please somebody!
