Michael Brown's performance in the Gulf regions went far beyond incompetence.

FOr a week, he actively blocked all kinds of assistance from every direction, and local government emergency responders from all over the country were forbidden entry to help.

The Red Cross was denied access and was told not to feed survivors because it might encourage them to stay.

That's called laying siege.

One hundred foreign countries offered aid and were turned away. Animal rescuers were turned away.

Brown even ordered FEMA to cut the emergency communication lines of local governments, who were forced to place armed guards on the line to protect them from their own federal government.

Brown's actions were not incompetence.

They were deliberate, cold-blooded murder.

His resignation is not enough.

He should be imprisoned for life, and the same fate should await those who hired and endorsed this monster as he committed his crimes."

I totally agree! This was criminal negligence, and the heads of the DHS should be in jail too, along with any of the FEMA workers that reassigned doctors to mopping floors, and forced dr's to stop chest compressions...
