Project Lincoln Update: 9/20

The last of our moles have been planted at the target site. That makes for a total of 82, excluding the two have been found out and banned, and we can expect that a few more covers will slip between now and zero hour. But we'll almost certainly still have more than enough on the 9th.

Two notes. First, be sure to clear all blitz operations with myself or another project leader in advance; we don't want a repeat of last week.

Second, as you can see, we are now posting project updates in the clear; aside from the fact that the encoding/decoding process is a pain in the ass, the fact is that the freepers can see these particular reports all they want. Even if they don't dismiss it as a joke, which I'm almost positive they will, there's very little they can do at this point. If necessary, we'll go back to code for tomorrow's update, so be watching for it either way.
