24. I liked it when McCain said he would hire someone with experience

to be in charge of the rebuilding, someone like Rudy G., C. Powell, Jack Welch, etc.to coordinate federal, state, and local gov't. That way someone would be accountable for the vast amount of money needed for the rebuilding.
