1. .....
Disappointing that such a legitimate candidate was doing so poorly. He'll have a long political life.

2. That's upsetting -
he was the candidate I felt most in-sync with on many issues (not that I live in the US or am a citizen, but I have influence over my American friends and have often convinced them who to vote for). His is a sad voice to lose in this race. I do hope he returns to run for the Senate, however, as there is plenty of time for him to do so.

12. I think he will. I am going to e-mail him and ask him to anyway.
He has to know how badly the state and his country need him in the senate. But I will remind him anyway.
Peace
Wildman

9. I hope he decides to run again
If he's the veep, would that help us in Florida? (Of course, with Jeb there, that's probably a moot question.)

21. If he gets picked vp
he will definitely bring us Florida. But age is a consideration in VPs, sometimes, because you want them to be young enough and energetic enough to run for Pres in 8yrs.

6. If he retired to private life...
...would he be able to reveal what was in those 28 missing pages of the 9/11 report?

15. wishful thinking, huh?
..he could, you know, whisper it to someone... or mumble it to himself while someone was in earshot.

10. Why?
He only gets one or two votes anyway. He's had very little support here from what I've been able to tell.

13. Hope he runs for re-election
WE need him in the Senate. He is also the best bet to keep the seat in the d column.

He would make a pretty good VP choice as well.

16. He's my #1 choice for VP.
We need Florida, and he could help us win it. I hope the nominee brings him on board.

17. Graham is one of my most *favorite* Senators
That he is the first to drop out is a testament to how awesome this field of Democratic contenders is. Nonetheless, his presidential campaign was extremely sucessfull. He used his campaign *very* effectively to bring out the security problems that this misadministration has created for America.

I sincerly hope he stays in the United States Senate and uses his Senate seat as a bully pulpit for more important issues. Hang in there, Sen. Graham! This country still needs you! :hi:

19. He could be VP if Dean gets the nomination. Dean has always
been super-nice to Graham.

I like Bob Graham. He is a stand-up man. Just didn't have the "IT" factor.

23. Howard Dean said that the candidate
he personally supported was Graham. This was said back in May. I saw him at a fundraiser here, and someone asked the question of who, besides himself, he supported. The answer was Graham.
