He flies with AF1 plus two helicopters.

He's in MS and LA for about five hours. He appears to stick pretty close to the airport in MS. He makes sure there's a sloganeering backdrop for his meeting with the MS business leaders. Then he flies to the Navy ship near New Orleans for a briefing with the LA leaders. Visits the Folgers factory. And scoots.

All this to burnish his image after the most disastrous Presidential screw-up in history.

How much does it cost us taxpayers? Money that could have been used to help the hurricane survivors. Why are we paying for it?

And note, the Coward does not actually set foot on the streets of New Orleans.

Typically, a couple C-130's (turboprops) bring in the armored limos and the SS Suburbans with the satcom gear, etc. Not sure what the C-17 (jet) was doing...maybe a couple prezy helicopters. It'd take awhile to ferry them out from DC. But then, maybe there are several H-60 prez clones stationed around the USA. Never know when *'s mug may be needed for a photo-op, or a suppression.
