It's about a killer hurricane that hits New Orleans, federal empowerment and petroleum markets. Uncanny!

Another Fox Studios picture is "The Day After Tomorrow," from October 2004 in which the climate control is at issue. In the movie the most dire results are achieved when there are sudden shifts in ocean water temperatures, and national disaster ensues.
