The real explanation for Bush's delay re: Katrina

Could it be that he and this minions were mapping out something sinister with respect to Iran, or possibly even an "event" that would trigger an attack on Iran? (I'm sure I'm not the first to think or say this)

Perhaps they were very distracted from working on very complex plans.

If this is all true, it might explain Bush's and Cheney's strange behavior somewhat. They're distracted and simultaneously not very happy that their evil plans have been delayed.
