Reckless disregard for the truth. We could shut down Faux News by bringing
defamation suits against all of their lies. For public figures the burden is to prove the person making the statement knew the statement to be false, or issued the statement with reckless disregard as to its truth. Faux news does that everyday. Why hasn't anyone brought suit? The court case alone would focus attention on Faux's lies.

3. the lies would
definatley show a pattern that would make the case for defamation. Their lies always serve the purpose of denigrating the Democrats.

I think you are absoutely right. These people should be sued.
