As you all know, in our Operation BONO, we explored and ultimately ageed upon the liklihood that Hurricane Katrina was a matter of a Meteorological Manhattan Project, in which the Bush Boyz had begun to use the technologies and techniques already under development in the 1970's, with the aim of restructuring (and militarizing) New Orleans.

Well, let's just say (as the less bold would do) that this Hurrican Katrina, like 911 itself (as the less bold hold it) just HAPPENED to do exactly what King George and the Nozi Media who butt-sniff his assets would like to see happen -- for the betterment of the US domestic situation, petroleum situation and Homeland Security (i.e., fascism) situation.

OK, in the same vein, I'm going to bet on King George having amazing "luck" in weather patterns again. Call it an expert hunch, but I'd be surprised if Rita didn't become a hurricane, go straight to the middle of the Gulf of Mexico, then come in in exactly the place that would most suit the War Cabal's aims of shoring up petro, taking from the have-nots and giving to the haves, and strengthening martial law.
