How many "I told you so" opportunities have you had
in the past few months? It seems that every other day I run into someone who had been critical of my vocal protestations of the bush criminal enterprise. A few of them really pissed me off when they said I should stop the "Bush-bashing". I don't know why that particular accusation really gets my blood boiling. Its like their assumption is that my irrational hatred of Fuckstick McAWOL is all that motivates me. Anyway, now they're all like "ooo, I guess you were right...la de da..".

I have yet to say "I told you so". What I say is "I've been waving my arms wildly for 5 years and now its in the papers so now you can start to open your eyes".

3. I know. No one and I mean NO ONE is talking politics up here but
they are going over the edge about the horror in NO. We live on the San Andreas fault and the biggest hospital in Alaska, Providence, is right on it. you can see it. We are pretty vulnerable here. Its hitting home. God bless Texas and NO in the path of Rita.

4. None.
In the past week, three people have said they wished everyone would stop blaming Bush for everything. One even went off on how the people in NO were stupid to stay ... you know the story. I think some of them are really hopeless.

that everyone who lives west of 441/SR7 is Republican. I'm starting to believe it, although I do think most of Boca is Dem.

I just haven't met any of the Dems.

9. I've seen quite a few eat crow lately
My hubster works in a very rightwing environment and several co-workers have approached him lately asking for his sources to the many treasonous acts this criminal administration has committed. They're beginning to pay attention, I think due to their pocketbooks being hit hard by increased energy prices, the clusterfuck in Iraq, and the complete ineptness in dealing with Katrina.

We don't feel the need to say I told you so....we're just happy to see otherwise intelligent people, finally waking up from their stupor. I just hope it's not too late.
