Rub This in The freepers face

If you want to grow something, you shouldn't tax it. If you want to encourage small business growth, we ought to incent it to grow in that part of the world.

want to thank the folks here at the Folgers plant for inviting us to come to say hello. The reason I've come with the Mayor and Admiral Allen is because I want the people to know that there's progress being made in this part of the world

The can-do spirit is, you know, seeing progress being made. And inside this tent there's a can-do spirit of taking a horrible situation and making this part of the world better.

Why cant bush call that part of the world what it is.....New Orleans, I think it is offensive to refer to NOLA like it is another country and what the heck does the word....INCENT mean??????

3. Has he used that phrase often in the past?
If so, what were the circumstances of that "place"?

4. Yes, he always refers to NO
La, as 'that part of the world'. The first time I noticed it was after he went to Biloxie for his first appearance, four days after the hurricane hit. I have no idea why a US president can't acknowledge three of the red states he claims helped get him into office, are part of the country he claims to be president of.

5. because he thinks he runs the entire world
He can't remember that this is part of his own country. He has said that so many times about the places that he has invaded or wants to invade that the phrase is just second nature to him now. He uses it because he doesn't have to think about it. It just rolls off his tongue.

I believe that is also the reason they couldn't change the "war on terra" to "global struggle" because blivet** couldn't remember to change it when he spoke. So, rather than make him look any more moranic, they abandoned the change.
