The good news is, I paid it to CITGO.

Since Chavez is now our President, and his government is now our government, that's a GOOD thing.

But oil is a commodity and it is the same price per barrel no matter where you are in this world. However you do pay different prices at the pump based on cost of refining and government regulations.

4. I bought my gas from Citgo

today and paid $32.00 for a fill up. Just got back from traveling via car to Canada where we looked for Citgos along the way and in Canada. It was usually a lower gas price, too and I felt extremely good about giving the money for gas to the Venezuelan company.
