1. DC webcams can be found at:

If you click on the map just to the left of the little blue dot (I385 spur,) you get an expanded map of the Mall area. I'm hoping the cams on Constitution Ave. will show some 'stuff.'

You might also want to check the DC forum to see if any new threads show up with ideas.

6. I found it by clicking on the section that had the most cameras on it.

Check near Mass Ave. just east I believe.
