Bush, whined and stumbled and lectured the Press on War on Terror
and said in regards to Katrina and Rita..."we are tallying up what the Federal Government is obligated to pay and after that we'll see what there is to do." :eyes: They are tallying up what the Feds are OBLIGATED TO PAY?

:wtf: In other words the Government isn't going to do anything but what the law says we should for clean up, and help to those in the affected areas.

Sounds like his Harvard Business School MBA was kicking in.

He joked and laughed about the "missing Bianca" who was supposed to be there to ask him a question but wasn't. He looked to me like he was "drunk as a skunk" and didn't know what the hell he was doing except that he had to strike out at the press and make fun of them while he fights his devils that must be warring inside his pea-brained skull.

Also Cheney stood and smiled and smirked throughout the whole press conference. His whole cabinet was their including Condi...A show of force or to keep him company. The smiling and chuckling when the conference was over was shocking to me...as bad as I know they are it reminded me of a coven of evil doers joking and laughing as people are fleeing from Rita in his own home state of Texas...spending hours in traffic jams not running car air-conditioners to save gas and not being able to get any more gas or even use the rest room because they are stuck in line.

Just when I think this Bush Crime Family can't shock me anymore with their insensitivity to their fellow humankind...they pull another one of these freak shows.

3. Remember, what he SAYS is Never what he DOES... He does the opposite.
He only mouths his "Compassionate Conservatism" when it suits him to play to those outside his "base."

And who is going to pay the difference between what the "Government is obligated to pay" and what's left over. One of his crony 30 something's he's put in charge because they are a son of, a daughter of, or a cousin of one of his campaign donors?

Sheesh....

7. He started catching shit from his 'constituency'. They don't want to spend
a dime for the recovery, especially if it helps those damn poor people out.

4. Didn't he say that the one big difference between Katrina and Rita prep
was that people are paying attenion to Rita. Did I hear him say that people were evacuating this time? And THAT is the one main difference? Let's hope to God that he is wrong and that the one BIG difference is that the government is READY this time!

8. He was also insisting that the Katrina response
was as alert and obvious as it has been with Rita. Every chance he got to talk about Rita, he alsways opened with "Like Rita"

"Like Rita we are prepositioning hospital ships and troops..."

LIAR

Then raving about Freedom again, slinging the Arab names in a TX accent.

LIAR!

"We'll hunt em down, those who are disgruntled with the march of Democracy..."

Whaaaaaaah?
