Apparently in the Houston area....said that whether the hurricane damages them or not it will take two weeks to fire them up again.

Also...(Nat'l petrol institute?) asked people: DON'T FILL UP YOUR GAS TANKS BEFORE THE PRICE INCREASE! because it will cause a "shock" on the system and run us out of gasoline.

An interesting point......

If a true gasoline crisis hits and it becomes clear that the reign of the gasoline powered car is over, it will mean that big cities will again become important as suburbs are no longer viable.

Could be a "whole 'nother revolution".
