Randi is stating her belief that Bush is drinking,
as well as those around him.

She thinks he should be indicted for DWIC -- Drinking While In Charge.

The fact that he doesn't give a rat's ass what any of us think, tends to verify the premise that he's boozing it very heavily. (Either that, or he's totally insane.)

Edited on Thu Sep-22-05 03:24 PM by kineta
that causes extreme arrogance & megalomania, an intense disconnection from reality, a borg-like group think/speak, and destroys the area of the brain responsible for empathy?

perhaps something that even destroys the soul?

i wonder what the payoff is, what the high is like?

15. Maybe with some prescription drugs mixed in too
I think his strange performances during the debates suggested that he was taking things to bring him down and speed him up. In addition, we haven't seen a detailed medical report regarding his annual physical, written by the examining physician and discussing the issue of prescription medication since the August, 2001 report at the White House website at the beginning of his presidency.

13. how can he be indicted for DWIC
when he is not the one in charge. Seriously, what is he in charge of? I am not just talking about how the President usually gets blamed for everything, when they do not run everything, especially the weather, but was Roberts his choice or did someone tell him to pick Roberts? Was the Iraq war his choice? Or was he following the orders of some PNAC cabal? Ditto with LIHOP. "They" decided to Let It Happen On Purpose, it was not his idea, and it was not his choice.

I cannot claim to know "what is really going on" and I am not trying to advance some conspiracy theory involving Skull and Bones or the Masons or Illuminati, but it seems obvious to me that he is not "in charge" by any definition of that term. And that, might be why he is drinking. Any sane man who had his money would not want to do what he does (except for the month long vacations and appearing in front of large crowds of hand-picked admirers, most people would enjoy that. and taunting your enemies. He probably enjoyed the way Roberts showed total contempt for Senate Democrats in the hearings. Winning appeals to most people, and humiliating you opponent appeals to alot of people. So he probably enjoys some parts of the job.)

of hurricane Katrina's devastation nor the plight of those stuck in the superdome/convention center. One of his aids actually burned a dvd of this content and basically forced Bush to watch it... Bush only watches ESPN Sports Center...

28. But they don't claim to be "reformed alcholics" - and when he says
reformed, he doesn't mean he went through any sort of treatment. He claims he "prayed on it" and read the Bible (although he claims he doesn't read) and was "cured."
