Houston hospitals E/R's starting to be overwhelmed by

Lots of mandates as to what MUST be in your car at all times. I guess the govt. does that to prevent disastrous debacles from taking place.

I've read lots of news stories of Americans leaving their pets, and even kids, locked up in their cars in the hot sun for so long, that they died. You'd think Americans would know better, but they don't.
