they don't help us over here, and they are really a burden on us all, and the money we waste on them could be used to win the global war on terror. i say ship them off to iraq, and arm them, their lives are pretty near over any way in many cases, and at least they'd be doing something useful, instead of living off the government's teat.

...up the poor, the old and the infirm in what is beginning to look like the neo-conservative version of Nazi Germany's "final solution" for the Jews. These victims of Katrina are being herded, transported and resettled in isolated temporary communities where they can be sealed off and prevented from returning to their homes along the Gulf coast. This seems to be shaping up to happen now in Texas as well.

Bush's plan to eliminate poverty in America...internment for the rest of their lives. The republican southern strategy is going full circle back to the pre-civil war plantation master/slave mentality it appears!
