Poor being left behind again in Texas...!!

Surely we can do better!

I just hear a report from Port Auther and there are still, probably 10% of the population in the town. Most don't have the means to get out. Some of them tried, but ran out of money and returned straight back to the danger zone.

At times like this, greater help needs to be done to help the poor and helpless.
