How Many Brand New Hospitals and Schools has the US built in Iraq?

Tell me...where are all these Hospitals and Schools that people keep referencing? I wanna know where my TAX MONEY is going cuz if they were having ribbon cutting ceremonies for these buildings I am sure FAUX news would be reporting them.

So tell me...where are the articles listing each hospital, the new MRI and X-Ray equipment?

Where are all the orders for new textbooks for the new schools and their new playgrounds?

Tell me...

brand new hospital in Fallujah (I think that is where it was.)
