I am sitting here scratching my head. Whats the matter with this picture? Think about that for a minute. At least they held up until after the last storm hit while Bush was playing the guitar. Can someone please get Bush a guitar and get him out of here before he does any more damage. And where the hell is General Honore and that goofy Barbara Starr? I would like to here what he has to say about this.

They had 2 weeks to strengthen the leveees.....the last thing NO needd was another break. This is really outrageous.
