4:37 AM. I'd guess it was around 4.0 or above. Not enough to cause damage here but enough to wake me up from a sound sleep. :wow:

2. I've lived with tornados, too (grew up in southern Indiana).

Worst thing about EQ is they are completely unpredictable. No warning what so ever. Everyone knows one "will" happen (eventually) but no one knows when. Could be next minute, could be next 100 years. Hard to build your life around that.

The great caldera of Yellowstone could erupt any time, too, you know.

Also when I lived in Flagstaff AZ we had a few. There are fault lines and earthquake in many states, not just the west coast.

It has been said animals can sense earthquakes in advance, but since they can't talk, and they act strange about other weather changes, people find it hard to read what they are reacting to.

Yes, I know, it seems like you can live anywhere and something can happen. Floods, tornados, hurricanes, just bad winter storms can be very dangerous if you have to drive in them.
