unitedforpeace.org is not functioning

I can get to their home page, but no links.
Anyone else have this problem?
The metro is 'down'
I guess the NY/DC line is 'down'
When will we lose CSPAN?

1. If it was boogered

it's working now. Server hiccups are common, it's not a good idea to assume something nefarious unless the problem is chronic and longlasting.
